Elgin Factory stem / winding arbor for 5½ ligne Grade 807 & 808

One Elgin factory stem for 5½ ligne Grade 807 & 808 movements, new in sealed packaging. These 5½ ligne movements are Precimax 102 ébauche based so this will fit movements other than just the specified Elgin. In the Elgin factory vernacular these are called winding arbors, but everyone else just calls them stems. See images for further details.
